Bernard “Quish” Arsenault

1949 – 2026


St-Antoine, NB – It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bernard “Quish” Arsenault, 76, of Foyer St-Antoine, on Monday, February 2nd, 2026.

Born in Cocagne, NB, he was the son of the late Émile and the late Agathe (Breau) Arsenault.

Prior to his retirement, he worked as a fisherman.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Bernice Arsenault; by his children: Anne Arsenault (Rhéal LeBlanc), Angèle Arsenault Symes (Robert) and Marcel Arsenault (Stéphanie Jones), all of Cocagne; by his grandchildren: Josée, Monica, Sébastien and Savannah; by his great grandson, Colton; by his sisters: Rosette Fontaine (late Ovila) and Nicole LeBlanc (Jean-Claude), both of St-Antoine, Marcella Arsenault (Tony Clark) of Moncton, Marthe Arsenault (Delphis Collette) and Marielle Arsenault, both of St-Antoine, as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brothers: Louis-Émile and Daniel.

Visitation will be held from Passage, 3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, NB, (506) 532-1050, on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026, from 2 pm to 3:50 pm, followed by the service in the chapel at 4 pm.

In his memory, a donation can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
