June 8, 1930 – November 1, 2026
It is with great sadness but gratitude for a life well lived, that the family of Audrey Robinson announces her passing on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at The Moncton Hospital following a brief illness.
Audrey was born at Steeves Mountain on June 8, 1930 to the late Fred and Ada (Crossman) Garland. She was the wife of Frank Robinson who predeceased her in 2019. Audrey leaves to mourn her daughter-in-law, Anne Robinson of Moncton and her beloved grandson David (Stefanie) of Ottawa, one sister-in-law Ruby Lockhart of The Glades and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son Stephen (April, 2026), siblings Allison, Evelyn, and Clement and a special cousin Blanche (Lew) Lockhart.
Audrey worked at the T. Eaton C. Ltd. until its closure in 1976. She made many lasting friendships, some which continued to this day. She later worked at Hall’s and Fine’s until her retirement. Her work provided her the opportunity to enjoy her love of people and flair for fashion.
Audrey and Frank were faithful members of the Allison Baptist (Journey) church and later attended Highfield Baptist Church. She was a member of the Journey Church ABW (formerly WMS) for 70 years. She was a Provincial and a Dominion Life Member of the WMS.
Audrey found a wonderful, supportive community at Church Court following her move there in 2013.
