Not Much Progress In Court For Leblanc

Not much progress in court today for Nolan Leblanc.
The 27-year-old said in St. Stephen Provincial Court he had applied twice for legal council while in custody, yet Legal Aid has no record of his application.
Leblanc is facing a charge of break and enter and a number of mischief charges for destruction at the St. George RCMP Station, back in June.
Judge Henrick Tonning ordered proceedings to be set over for one week. Leblanc returns to court August 18th.
