A soldier from Dieppe has died at CFB Gagetown.
The military has released a statement saying Private Samuel Nadeau, 18, was training on the Gagetown range when he died.
No foul play is suspected and his death is being examined by Canadian Forces investigators.
The reservist died on Monday.
Nadeau became a reservist with the 8th Canadian Hussars in January of this year.
