The Greater Moncton International Airport will officially welcome a new airline this afternoon.
A New Leaf Travel flight from Hamilton will arrive at 5:05-pm.
New Leaf spokesperson Dean Dacko says two airlines have been contracted for the flights.
“We contract with both Flair and Enerjet to provide the air services. In both those instances, they are airlines that have been in business for well over a decade and have impeccable safety records,” says Dacko.
The first departing New Leaf flight from Moncton to Hamilton is scheduled to leave at 6:10-pm.
Flights are currently being offered on Fridays and Mondays but New Leaf says that could change depending on demand.
