New flights to Toronto from Greater Moncton

New opportunities for travel out of Greater Moncton.

Flair Airlines officially took off from the Greater Moncton Romeo Leblanc International Airport (YQM) today.

It will offer a seasonal service to Toronto three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until October 2026.

“Today marks an exciting milestone for YQM and for our region,” said Courtney Burns, President and CEO of the Greater Moncton International Airport Authority (GMIAA). “We are proud to officially welcome Flair Airlines to our community and continue expanding the travel options available from YQM. This new service enhances connectivity for both residents and visitors while supporting tourism, economic growth, and greater access to affordable air travel.”

The CEO of Destination Moncton-Dieppe, Jillian Somers, added that these flights are critical to growing both leisure and business visits to our region.

YQM hosted a large gate celebration for passengers who took off on the inaugural flight.

“Chatting with folks in our market, they’re really excited about Flair. It’s a brand they’re aware of, but to really get behind it in Moncton, that’s our message to the community,” Burns added.

“I’m a big fan of bringing my boys to see a Jays game, so I’ll go up on a Friday and back on a Monday. It’s really convenient for those long weekend options, or you can stay for a week.”
