New Leaf Travel is a Winnipeg based company, and it announced yesterday that instead of flying to seven Canadian cities, it has expanded its route map to twelve including Moncton.
CEO Jim Young says five months ago, it suspended its operations, because of license issues, but in March those issues were resolved, “We were cleared for takeoff by the Canadian Transport Agency. I am happy to announce that once again, as a reseller of airline seats, accepting customer bookings and we will be taking to the skies, July 25th. We are targeting leisure, vacation and holiday travellers and we will offer flights two to three time a week, and we will work to increase frequency as demand increases.”

Out of the Moncton Airport, flights will be offered twice a week, and they’ll fly into the Hamilton and Edmonton airports.
New Leaf is hoping to offer some of the lowest airfares, with flights starting as low as $79.
