A new leader has been chosen for the Magnetic Hill Zoo.
After a national search, the new director will be Jill Marvin.
Currently a director with the Quebec City Aquarium, Marvin has 30 years of industry experience and has previously held positions at the Quebec City Zoo (now closed) and African Lion Safari in Ontario.
She replaces Bruce Dougan who recently retired after a 29-year career with the Magnetic Hill Zoo.
Marvin will begin her new position at the Zoo on April 9th.
