A New Brunswick mom is hoping her weight loss translates into a big gain for BullyingCanada.
Shera Richard of French Lake has two children on the autism spectrum and she tells us she wants to raise awareness of the bullying of children who may be different. Richard plans to raise money for the cause by losing 30 pounds in 30 weeks.
Richard, who has already lost more than a 100 pounds, tells us you get to a point in life where it’s not about vanity, it’s about wellness and says she needs to be well for her kids. She says she is their voice, and their advocate so she needs to be healthy.
