The winners of the second annual Employee Recommended Workplace Award have been announced. NB Power ranked in top spot for a large government run business.
Morneau Shepell and the Globe and Mail put list together. It recognizes excellence in achieving a healthy, engaged and productive workforce.
It is the only award of its kind based entirely on feedback from employees.
Employees complete a short confidential survey that asks questions about physical and mental health, as well as aspects of their work life.
Eleven Canadian organizations representing privately owned, public, not for profit and government sectors were recognized with the Employee Recommended Workplace Awards.
