A 30 year old man from Central Waterville is facing a second degree murder charge in the death of 68 year Richard Foster of Bull Lake.
Andrew Merlin Schriver was charged in Woodstock Provincial Court earlier today.
On Sunday, police found Foster and another man in a home in Central Waterville, suffering from what looked like stab wounds.
Foster died overnight in hospital.
Schriver is in jail until his next court appearance on November 19th.
