Municipal Byelections Coming Up In May

New Brunswickers across the province will be heading to the polls next month to vote in municipal byelections.

Nominations are now open to fill 21 openings in 15 communities in New Brunswick for the byelections on May 14.

The positions that need filling include two councillors in St. George, the mayor in Hartland, a councillor in Florenceville-Bristol, and a councillor in Nackawic.

You can pick up nomination papers from a municipal returning officer, local municipal offices, or download them from the Elections New Brunswick website.
