Nominations open today for municipal and rural community byelections coming up on December 8th.
They need to be held in 24 communities like Hampton, Tracy, St. Stephen, Shippagan, Saint Andrew’s and St. George.
Nomination papers may be picked up from a municipal returning officer or at local municipal offices, or they can be printed from the Elections New Brunswick website.
Nominations close on Friday, November 14th and candidates have until November 17th to withdraw their names.
