An invitation has been issued to the two Mayoral candidates for Moncton to state their positions on the old Moncton High School.
Local business owner and Moncton High graduate John Staples has invited Dawn Arnold and Brian Hicks to the front steps of the former high school at 11am today.
Each candidate will be given 5 minutes to speak and then an opportunity to answer questions from the media.
There are currently two redevelopment proposals including a plan to convert the building into a community arts centre.
