A sentence will be handed down in November to a 33-year-old Moncton man for producing child pornography.
The court has placed a ban on naming the man to protect the victim.
In May he pleaded guilty to making child pornography available to others and was sentenced to two years in prison.
He was scheduled to be sentenced on other offences yesterday including sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching.
However, the Crown asked for more time to review evidence and the matter will now be heard on November 20.
