Moncton Man Facing Charges In Relation To Armed Robbery On Cedar Street

A 39-year old Moncton man is facing charges in relation to an armed robbery at a convenience store early this week on Cedar Street.

Codiac RCMP say, around 9:30 Monday evening, a man walked into Cedar Convenience armed with a weapon and demanded money.

No one was injured in the incident, but the man fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

RCMP arrested a man yesterday, and he is scheduled to appear in Court today to face charges relating to the incident.

Police continue to seek public information about the incident.
