A Moncton man faces three charges including attempted murder with a firearm after an incident on Wednesday (December 2).
Codiac RCMP responded to a complaint about someone being hurt on Oakland Avenue off Mountain Road.
A man and woman were later arrested at a home.
Nathaniel Joseph Bourque is being held in custody until his next court appearance on Tuesday (December 8).
He also faces a charge of unlawful confinement and failing to comply with a court order.
A 25-year-old woman appeared in court on another matter and remains in custody.
A 40-year-old Dieppe man was also arrested on Thursday in connection with the incident.
