Moncton LGBT Activist Still Believes More Love Than Hate In World

Support for the victims and their families of the Orlando massacre has been tremendous and a longtime LGBT activist in Moncton has been amazed.

Greg Daborn was part of a group which organized the first pride march in the Hub City in 1999.

After a horrible act of hate, Daborn says the people of Orlando showed love by standing in line for hours to donate blood.

“I’ve been saying for a long time that there is more love than hate in this world and it proved it this week. For that I’m grateful… and yes this world is getting better,” he says.

Daborn says it’s unfortunate that it took a tragedy like this for love to shine through.
