Moncton firefighters have taken some time away from fighting fires to pose for the camera in support of a great cause.
They’re putting out a calendar for 2019.
Firefighter and Calendar Organizer Corey Gallant says only 1000 calendars will be made available this time.
“I don’t want to release too much information because it is a surprise. We do have a few new members who weren’t in the last calendar, so there will definitely be some changes.”
Gallant says the calendars will be coming out in late October or early November, “They will be ready in time for the gala, that’s is our goal, and we want to make sure they are ready for Christmas as well.”
The ladies gala is planned on November 9th. It will feature Hypnotist Jason Cyrus, and will be held at the Crowne Plaza. Tickets are available now.
Calendars will be sold at the Sobeys on Vaughn Harvey, and other locations to be announced.
All of the proceeds will go to the IAFF Moncton Local 999 Burn Fund and the Atlantic Burn Camp.
