A 19-year-old Renous area man has died in a collision in Williamstown, southwest of Miramichi.
Around 7:30 Monday morning, RCMP say a car travelling on Highway 8 crossed the centre line and collided head-on with a truck.
The man driving the car died at the scene while the man driving the truck was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
An RCMP collision reconstructionist is looking into a cause.
