A 20-year-old man from Kent Junction has been charged with arson following an early morning fire in that community.
Daniel Duguay is being held in custody until another court appearance on Thursday.
RCMP responded to a house fire around 3:15am today on Route 126 in Kent Junction and a man was arrested about an hour later.
No one was hurt in the fire and while the house received minor damage, a nearby shed was destroyed.
Police don’t believe this fire is related to other suspicious fires which have occurred in Kent County.
