‘LOCK IT or LOSE IT’ is the name of a new campaign designed to help prevent theft from your vehicle.
Several groups in Southeast New Brunswick have teamed up for the crime prevention initiative.
Southeast RCMP has partnered with the Insurance Bureau of Canada and the NB Provincial Auto Theft Network with tips on how to prevent theft from your vehicle.
Make sure that all of your windows are rolled up, don’t leave your keys in the vehicle, park in a well-lit area, never leave valuables in plain sight… and of course… always lock your doors.
Mounties say an unlocked car is an easy target.
