Interim Provincial Conservative Leader Ridiculing Premier on Joblessness

Who’s to blame for New Brunswick’s continuing high unemployment rate?

Premier Brian Gallant blames federal Conservative leader Stephen Harper’s economic policies. The Premier argues we’re in a recession and a new economic plan is needed.

That claim is being ridiculed by the Interim Provincial Conservative leader Bruce Fitch who says the Premier should examine his own policies which Fitch maintains have driven business out of the province..

Fitch points out when Gallant was Opposition Leader he blamed then Premier David Alward for high unemployment so now that he’s the Premier, Gallant should grow up and take responsibility for the state of the provincial economy.
