Love taking pictures? CAA has an opportunity to show off your work.
As a part of Canada 150, they launched the Celebrate Canada Photo Contest, and as it stands now, there are few submissions from some provinces like New Brunswick.
Spokesperson Kristine D’Arbelles says it’s the the best way to show off our country, “The best way to map out our country is obviously through pictures. If you go on the website right now, and you’ll just know through some of the pictures that have been submitted that we have a gorgeous country. It could be uniqueness in your own little town or village or city across the country. We want to see it through the lens of everyone. What you see behind your camera, what you really thinks represents Canada. It is nice to encourage Canadians to be proud of where they come from, and to take pictures and submit it.”
The deadline for submissions is August 14th.
If you are not a photographer, you can cast a vote for your favourite pictures.
