Horizon Health is looking for your feedback.
Patients and their families are invited to provide input into how Horizon can improve the overall patient experience within its facilities.
VP of Quality and Patient Centre Care Margaret Melanson says it will be held this Sunday in Moncton, “We’re planning a focus group type of format, so we have some questions prepared, but they are fairly general in nature.”
All of the information will be collated and it will be available for anyone who wants to see it, and then it will be used to help guide their improvement initiatives.
There were five session in total. The last will be held in Fredericton on March 20th. Previous sessions were held in Miramichi, Saint John and Waterville.
