A fire on Wesley Street overnight has left a home with smoke and fire damage.
Moncton fire Platoon Chief Dennis Dollemont says they were called to the scene at around midnight after reports of flames through the window.
There was heavy smoke when firefighters arrived.
They worked very quickly to get the fire extinguished.
The home is rented, but is currently unoccupied.
There’s no word on a cause yet, but investigators are back on the scene today.
