MONTAGUE, P.E.I. – A joint funeral was held this morning near Montague for 68-year-old Brent McGuigan and his 39-year-old son Brendon McGuigan, who were shot to death in their home last week.
RCMP found their bodies after being called to their home on St. Mary’s Road last Wednesday night.
Police say 46-year-old Alfred Guy Vuozzo, of Lower Montague, was charged the next day with two counts of first-degree murder.
He remains in custody until his next court appearance on Thursday.
