All this month Horizon Health Network will be asking patients about their stay.
Medical, surgical and obstetrics patients over the age of 18 that spend at least one night in hospital will be asked to fill out a confidential survey about their experience.
It will focus on a patient’s overall experience with questions focusing on areas like wait times, food quality, cleanliness, clarity of instructions/explanations, regularity of updates, language of choice, staff courtesy and professionalism.
