A head on collision near Lameque has left four people injured.

RCMP believe an SUV tried to pass another vehicle on Route 113 yesterday morning, but collided head on with a delivery truck, before crashing into a third vehicle.

A 51 year old man from Pigeon Hill who was driving the SUV, suffered serious but non life threatening injuries. Three others in another vehicle suffered minor injuries.

The road was closed for several hours while RCMP investigated.
