Dieppe Fire Leaves Three Residents Temporarily Homeless

Three adults have been temporarily displaced from their Dieppe home after a kitchen fire.

The fire broke out in a unit in a duplex at 541 Centrale Street at around noon yesterday.

Dieppe Fire Chief Conrad Landry says it appears that it started after a burner on a stove was accidentally left on.

No one was hurt.

The Canadian Red Cross arranged emergency lodging, food and other support to all three tenants.
