A new date has been set for closing arguments in the Dennis Oland premlinary inquiry.
It has been set for November 26th at 930am.
A court appearance scheduled for Wednesday was delayed because the judge was ill.
46 year old Oland is accused of killing his father Richard. The elder Oland was found dead in his office in July of 2011.
It’s been one year since Dennis Oland was charged in his father’s death.
