RCMP will return to court today accused of four counts violating health and safety provisions of the Canada Labour Code.
The charges were laid in connection with the shooting deaths of three officers on June 4th, last year in Moncton.
Employment and Social Development Canada alleges violations of the labour code relating to the force’s equipment, training and supervision.
