Cap-Pele Man Charged In Moncton Break and Enter

A 28-year-old Cap-Pele man is facing multiple charges following a break and enter in Moncton.

Shortly after 1am Friday morning, Codiac RCMP were called to a self-storage facility at Mountain Road and Wheeler Boulevard.

When police arrived, a man was found inside the storage facility.

He took off running but officers were able to quickly arrest him.

Billy Duguay-Chiasson has been charged with numerous offences including ten counts of break, enter and theft, possession of break-in tools, possession of stolen property and resisting arrest.

He is being held in custody until a bail hearing on Tuesday.
