It appears many Canadians are feeling fulfilled in their current jobs. That’s according to a new online survey.
The survey was conducted by Monster.ca, and it asked Canadians a series of questions relating to job satisfaction.
67% said that the job they have now has changed their life.
86% said that same job also identified new skills they possess and new things they are good at.
And 80% said it also helped them determine what is meaningful to them and increased their sense of self-worth.
Only 37% felt their job is just something they do to make ends meet, and they are looking for fulfilment in other areas of their life..
