Canada routs Qatar to win first-ever World Cup game

Canada took its first ever win at the Men’s World Cup against Qatar, Thursday night, 6-0 in Vancouver.

The winning goal was by Jonathan David who had a hat trick.

The match was Canada’s second in the tournament. They play Wednesday at B.C. Place.
