Alward says seats will be allocated based on industry demand.

He says his opponent’s scheme to raise property tax will nail more than 16,000 small and medium sized businesses that are the engines for economic growth in our province.
Alward says the oil, gas and mining training centre will partner with industry and the community college networks and with trade unions to provide customized training.
