Do not be alarmed if you hear an emergency alert on your radio or television Wednesday.
Alert Ready, the national emergency alert system, will be tested in New Brunswick at 10:55 a.m.
The test message will also be sent out smartphones.
The system is designed to deliver critical and potentially life-saving alerts.
