Darryl Pitre To Run For Ward Four Riverview Town Councillor

As COVID-19 continues to raise uncertainty surrounding the upcoming municipal elections, names are still being put forth with a desire to run.

Darryl Pitre is hoping to be elected in Ward 4 on Riverview Town Council.

He has lived in Riverview for the past 40 years.

He says as a Town Councillor, he would help to maintain a municipal government that is fiscally responsible and he would help to ensure taxpayer money goes to the best use.

His hope is to build a better future for his children and the people of Riverview.

Pitre has been a Professional Sales Representative for the past four decades and have travelled throughout the Atlantic Provinces, meeting people and developing strong work relationships.

He has more than 40 years of sales management and have received many awards for my performance in sales and management.

He is also a past member of the Riverview Kinsmen Chapter and is presently a member of the Kinsmen K-40, and he served as a Director for the Moncton Co-op Center and has held the positions of Director, Secretary and Vice-President.

Currently, the municipal election is set for May 11th.
