Greg Turner is re-offering for the upcoming municipal election as Councillor at Large.
He was successfully elected in 2016 and served one year as Deputy Mayor.
Turner says the city has seen much growth over the past four years, but with the growth, there are also challenges that need to be addressed.
Those include a lack of affordable housing, mental illness and public safety.
He says a clean water supply is also a priority, with concerns over evidence of blue/green algae in 2018.
