VIA Rail is taking measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The train company has cancelled all overnight trains for the ‘Canadian route’ between Toronto and Vancouver as well as the ‘Ocean route’, between Montreal and Halifax.
These trains will not be operating until at least March 27th and additional schedule changes are under consideration.
Reservations can be cancelled at any time prior to the scheduled departure and customers will receive a full refund.
