An independent third party investigation has cleared the 3+ Corporation of any wrongdoing after allegations were made against a former employee.
Daniel Bard is accused of receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees in private business dealings, while working with 3+ Corporation.
CEO Susy Campos says the investigation found Bard’s actions were not known or authorized by 3 +Corporation or its employees.
Campos says they were not involved in any wrongdoing, but as a result of the investigation, 3+ has undertaken a review of its policies.
New policies implemented and strengthened and changes are being made immediately.
