Raising Awareness Of Crime Prevention In Moncton’s Downtown

Codiac RCMP and the City of Moncton have partnered to raise crime prevention awareness in the downtown.

Community Policing and by-law enforcement Officers will be conducting foot patrols along Main Street between King Street and Vaughn Harvey Boulevard.

They will work with businesses and property owners to find out the issues that affect them.

They’ll also be speaking to the homeless to ensure they are aware of the services available for assistance.

Downtown Moncton Centre-ville is also working with police and the city on this initiative.
