The restoration work continues in southern eastern New Brunswick after Dorian’s wrath on the weekend.
As of 7am, this morning there were almost 15, 000 people in the province still without power.
NB Power has 142 crews mobilized to get people back on the grid.
Restoration efforts will continue throughout the evening and into tomorrow. Assessments will continue and estimated time of restoration will be updated accordingly. Meantime Nova Scotia, which took the brunt of Dorian has more than 5300 outages affecting 215, 000 customers.

In Prince Edward Island, over 21, 000 residents are also without power.
Power has been restored to thousands of customers yesterday as a result of Dorian and another 20,300 currently remain without power. At 7 am, more than 45 crews will be dispatched across the Island to continue restoring power to our customers. pic.twitter.com/Q3vW4knP3C

Schools in Nova Scotia and PEI are closed today, as a result of outages and damages from the storm.
Updated figures from Enviornment Canada, show Greater Moncton received 121 millimetres of rain and experienced 100 kilometre an hour winds during post tropical storm Dorian
