The Town of Riverview is accepting applications for a new incubator kitchen program.
The ‘Chocolate River Cookery’ gives early-stage food startups an opportunity to expand their business.
Two cohorts will be selected annually beginning in September.
Those selected will have access to a Class 5 commercial kitchen, tools and other resources to successfully grow.
The Chocolate Riverview Cookery offers a competitive hourly rate for businesses accepted into the program as well as the convenience of 24-hour access Monday to Sunday.
Following the 6 month incubation period, companies are expected to outgrow the facility and be self-sufficient.
