Great Weather For the 2018 ‘Big Swim’

Looks like clear skies for swimmers who are taking part in this year’s Big Swim.

They left the shores at Cape Jourmain and will swim across the Northumberland Strait to PEI in support of Brigadoon Village camp.

It is a camp in Nova Scotia for children and youth with a chronic illness or a chronic condition.

This year, Logan Keirstead and her sister Zoe, who are both from New Brunswick are doing the swim this year.

It can take at least five hours to complete the swim that is done next to the Confederation Bridge.
