Success Using The Keto Way Of Eating

You may remember some diet fads in the past like the Scarsdale diet or Atkins, the latest trend seems to be eating the keto way.

The keto approach to weight loss is gaining in popularity and many people use it as a quick way to drop pounds.

Stephanie McGarrigle has been following the keto approach of eating low carbs, moderate protein and high fat since for 9 months now and she has lost 125 pounds.

“I got off of stomach medicine for reflux, I got off nerve pills that were pain, sleep and my nerves. I have stopped needing anything for anxiety relating to the pulmonary embolism, I sleep better”.

McGarrigle says it may not suitable for everyone so anyone considering trying keto should speak with their doctor first.

While many keto enthusiasts try making keto-friendly breads and pizza dough but she tries to steer clear of replacement foods but she thinks the focus should be on whole foods.

A Facebook group called Keto Strong NB has grown to more than 2800 members since forming in early 2017.
