Volunteers will up to their elbows in mayonnaise and lobster today in Shediac.
The community is once again working to take back the world record for longest lobster roll.
This year, it has to be over 200 feet long.
Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island currently holds the record, and it has been going back and forth between the two communities for the past few years.
If you’d like to take a bite, tickets are on sale now..
