Sussex RCMP are investigating a crash on Highway 10 near Berwick that has claimed the life of a 48-year-old man from Cumberland Bay.
The collision happened at around 7:45 pm on Canada Day when the vehicle left the road and overturned.
The Cumberland Bay man who was a passenger in the vehicle died from his injuries. The driver of the vehicle was treated for minor injuries.
