A Canada-wide arrest warrant has been issued for 29-year-old Winton Saulis of Oromocto who RCMP say has breached his conditions.
Mounties describe Winton Saulis as 5 foot 7 inches tall, almost 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He has several prominent tattoos, including tear drops on his right cheek, ‘SAULIS’ on his neck, and several additional tattoos on both hands and upper arms.
Police believe he may be in the Fredericton area.
