A member of the Universite de Moncton community on the Moncton campus has been diagnosed with Tuberculosis.

“In general, the risk of infection is low for the university community,” indicated Dr. Yves Léger, Regional Medical Officer of Health. “Our service will conduct the necessary follow up with those at highest risk of having been infected by the patient.”

They will be reaching out by email to those who have had close relationships with the patient, to let them know what has to be done.
